How do you respond to trials when it comes? Are you the type of person that acts out in fits of rage and destroys everything that’s within your reach. Or, are you the type of person who sees trial as an opportunity for growth and remains calm during the storm? If you are in category A it’s never too late to learn how to be still in difficult and challenging times.
Let’s face it we all have gone through trials at least once in our lifetime. Whether someone in your family dies, health issues, financial dilemma, divorce, persecution you name it. We’ve all been there. How can one be still and have peace when all odds are against them, and it seems like there is no hope?
You can have divine peace by being in the presence of God. Cast all your worries and anxiety on God, tell him all about your troubles, worship and seek his presence daily. When we worship God it shifts the atmosphere around us and opens new doors of possibilities. In other words God is moving on our behalf and fighting our battles for us. When you are going through dark times in your life, don’t lose hope of the fact that God is not seeing you. He sees every tear, he knows the pain and hurt you are going through.
Jesus said that he will never leave you nor will he forsake you, that’s a promise he made to all who believe and trust in Him. Know that God is with you in the good times and he’s also with you in the bad times. Sometimes trials come to change our lives for the better. You see, oftentimes we depend on ourselves and believe that we are self sufficient and can accomplish anything on our own, not needing any help or guidance along the way.
However, there is a higher power, Mighty and Majestic and he Reigns Forever. His name is KING JESUS and he is in control of you and the whole universe. Therefore, never lose sight of the fact that your situation can change in an instant, in the blink of an eye. If you are a child of God and are going through a dark season in your life, I want to encourage you today to hold on and ride out your storm. Storms only last but for a moment, no situation that you’re in right now will last forever! No, your situation has to change.
Weeping may last for the night, but joy comes in the morning. So, hold on and never lose hope. The career that you’ve been longing for, the husband that you’ve been waiting for, the pregnancy that you’ve so longed for. Whatever it may be, just wait upon the Lord and he will see you through. Keep on Trusting the Lord and do good, obey God and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Trails come to us only to make us stronger. So, be courageous and fight the good fight because you are more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus.

If you are familiar with the story how Jesus fasted for 40 days and Satan came to temp Him.
Notice right after, Jesus finished his fast what he did? After Jesus finished his fast He went and cast demons out of people, He healed the sick, raised the dead, open blind eyes.
